Availability:

*To schedule Saturdays, please inquire 3 weeks prior to desired session date!

Office Hours:

5pm-10pm

This is the time I will be responding to emails and messages along with sending contracts!


Scheduling:

*Contract must be signed, emailed back to me, and deposit must be paid in order to secure your session!

Contract:

  • A contract will be sent to your email consisting of policies and information about your session!
  • Must be signed by an adult! (meaning 18+)
  • Please read through the whole document!
  • Must be signed within 10 days of being sent!

Deposit:

  • Deposit is 25% of the payment and is due upon booking your session via Venmo!
  • The deposit is none-refundable and will go toward the total payment!

Payment:

  • Payments are only accepted via Venmo, cash, or Cashiers check!
  • Venmo requires a business fee which will be add ~$3 to your total payment to cover the fee.
  • Photos will not be delivered until payment is paid in full!

Travel Fees:

  • The first 30 miles (round trip) from where I am based will be free!
  • Additional travel will be $0.50 per mile!


Timeline:

  • Most session packages have a 2 week turn-around!
  • Turn around times vary depending on your session type and will be outlined in your contract

Delivery:

  • Your photos will be delivered through an online gallery via email!
  • Your gallery has an expiration date which will be outlined in your contract!


Rescheduling:

  • If you need to reschedule your session, please contact me directly through email!
  • Once you have rescheduled, you deposit will apply to the newly scheduled session!
  • You must reschedule within 2 weeks of changing the day of your session for the deposit to still apply! (the new date does not have to be within 2 weeks)

Canceling:

  • If you need to cancel your session, please inform me directly through email!
  • Upon cancelation, you will forfeit the deposit!
  • If you have paid in full and need to cancel, the session cost and travel fee will be refunded. The deposit and Venmo fee will be forfeited.


Copyright:

  • Gabby Carter Photo retains the copyright to any images taken.
  • Gabby Carter Photo retains the right to use any photos taken, with respect of your privacy, for advertising, social media platforms, websites, and anything else that seems suitable.
  • You may use the photos for any personal use, printing, posting online, etc...
  • Editing over any photos is prohibited.
